CNet Review:
"If you live by the philosophy that you can't be too rich or too thin, the Sony Cyber Shot DSC-T1 belongs in
the pocket of your Armani suit. This ultrachic, thin, high-resolution snapshot camera boasts a large 2.5-inch LCD,
unusually good video capabilities, and a Carl Zeiss 3X zoom lens. But despite the T1's cool factor, enthusiasts won't be satisfied with its minimal advanced controls, and persnickety shooters will look down their noses at its image quality."

DCViews Review: ( Refers to the Canon S400)
"The S400 is a worthy contender in the compact digicam class, as it is a very stylish camera that delivers almost perfect results at the expense of manual exposure control. Although other Canon camera's (such as the S45) may have full manual control and perform just as well, they are much bigger and heavier. This one has the advantage that it fits easily into the smallest pockets and thus makes an ideal weekend or holiday camera."

CNet Review:
"With the PowerShot S500, Canon brings its time-tested Digital Elph to the ranks of 5-megapixel, 3X-zoom digital cameras. This latest model has its older siblings' sleek, pocket-size chassis and snapshooter ease of use, both of which we still like very much, but the previous Digital Elphs offered slightly better photo quality."
